Omschrijving

The Managing Microsoft Teams course is ideal for individuals interested in the Microsoft 365 Teams Admin role. This role involves configuring, deploying, and managing Office 365 workloads to ensure efficient and effective collaboration and communication in enterprise environments. The course covers six key elements: Microsoft Teams overview, implementing governance, security and compliance, preparing the environment for deployment, deploying and managing teams, and managing collaboration and communication. In the Microsoft Teams overview section, you'll gain an understanding of Teams architecture and related Office 365 workloads, as well as security and compliance features and how to manage Microsoft Teams. The implementing governance, security, and compliance section covers planning and configuring governance for Office 365 groups, implementing security measures such as conditional access and threat management, and compliance using policies such as DLP, eDiscovery, and supervision. In the preparing the environment for deployment section, you'll learn how to upgrade from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams, manage meeting migrations, and configure network settings. You'll also deploy and manage Microsoft Teams endpoints. In the deploying and managing teams section, you'll create and manage teams and control membership and access for internal and external users. Managing collaboration in Microsoft Teams involves managing chat and collaboration experiences, such as team settings and private channel creation policies. You'll also learn how to manage settings for Teams apps and publish custom apps. Finally, the managing communication section covers Live event and meetings experiences, phone number and Phone System management, and troubleshooting audio, video, and client issues.By taking the Managing Microsoft Teams course, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Microsoft 365 Teams Admin.

Then you will implement security by configuring conditional access, MFA or Threat Management for Microsoft Teams. Finally, you will implement compliance for Teams by using DLP policies, eDiscovery cases or supervision policies.

Then you plan and configure network settings for Microsoft Teams, and finally you will deploy and manage Microsoft Teams endpoints.
