A socially safe workspace is a workspace

where there is no room for unwanted behaviours such as (sexual) intimidation,

discrimination, and bullying. Employees should always be able to express

themselves, for example by bringing in ideas, giving feedback, and making

mistakes they can learn from.

This training teaches you what exactly

constitutes unwanted behaviour, how you can work on a socially safe work

environment and your own prejudices yourself, and how you can help colleagues

who are experiencing unwanted behaviours.
